Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation Policy
A shipping charge applies on every order. Our shipping charges are as follows:
Standard Shipping @ Rs 70 per Order. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).

We ship all orders by default through DTDC standard shipping. In case you require shipping via. a different service please write to us [email protected] along with your Order ID within 24-hours of placing your order. We will make a best attempt at shipping via. the service provider of your choice but we cannot the guarantee the same since this is subject to availability.
We will update your order with tracking details 24-hours after the order has been shipped.
Standard delivery time is 7 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) after your order has been shipped. We request you to please wait for 7 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) after your order has been shipped before contacting us regarding delivery issues. Please ensure that you provide a phone number at which you can be reached in person so that the delivery person can contact you and arrange for delivery in your presence.
Since we use a 3rd-party shipping service we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. Once your order has been shipped we cannot make any changes to the shipping address or phone number.
If your order has not been delivered even after 7 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) after your order has been shipped, please write to us at [email protected] with the following details:
1. Your email should clearly specify your Order ID.
We will not look into delivery issues that are brought to our notice after 14 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) after your order has been shipped.
We take great pains to bring you the best fashion jewlery designs at the lowest possible price and with excellent quality. Each fashion jewelry item is a work of art and significant effort is put in by the team before an item is published for sale. Due to the very nature of fashion jewlery there could be minor defects on an item but which do not affect the wearability of the item in any way.
We have an return policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We ensure that important details of each item such as the item length, item width, and item color are provided along with the product image. Please check for these details before placing your order. Please email us immediately at [email protected] in case you require more information about any item before you place your order.
We make every possible attempt to send your ordered items free from damage. However, in the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged item beyond wearability, we offer the following return policy:
1. You must send us an email to [email protected] within 24-hours of receiving the shipment.
2. Your email must clearly specify the Order ID as well as attach a photograph of the damaged item.
3. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 24-hours of receiving your email.
4. We will investigate the issue and provide a response within 72-hours of receiving your email.
5. We do not provide a refund but will only provide a coupon code / store credit that you can redeem on your next order with us.
6. We do not offer an exchange facility.
